What is Mindfulness?

In this episode of the Better Golf Academy, I discuss why it is so important in golf to be in the moment. I truly believe in order to conquer this game to play our very best, we have to control our thoughts. It’s really true what they say, this game is 90% mental and 10% mental. And I so much believe that if we get this part right, it can really change our game. Mindfulness is a mental state achieved by focusing one’s awareness on the present moment. Is this easy to do?
